Office hours are Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Fridays, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Summer hours: Fridays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm; Fridays finish at 3:00 pm

What will you do as a Financial Administrator?

• Assisting clients throughout the entire onboarding process including KYC, documentation etc
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly financial transactions and general reconciliations
• Inform clients of their arrears and work towards resolution in a sensitive and effective manner
• Investigate and communicate any issues or deficiencies in data accuracy
• Perform administrative tasks related to financial operations, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Assist the Assistant Manager in preparing legal documents related to financial transactions and agreements


What do you know that makes you a great Finance Administrator?

• Previous reconciliations in accountancy experience is essential
• Relevant experience in recording data is essential
• Previous experience with Expersoft and Sage Intacct preferred but not essential
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent problem solving skills required
• Ability to analyse processes in depth

Salary £22k – £24k based on experience with bonus & benefits package.
